Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Our products, including the Ephemeris Ring, are custom made-to-order items. Each ring is individually crafted with your selected size and personalized engraving date. Due to the custom nature of our products, production begins promptly after your order is placed.

Return Policy

Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each item is custom crafted specifically for you based on your selected specifications.

Refund Policy

While we do not accept returns, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may be partial or full depending on the severity of the issue. Situations that may qualify for a refund include:

  • Delayed Orders: If your order takes significantly longer than the advertised turnaround time.
  • Quality Issues: If your order arrives with manufacturing defects, imperfections, or missing components.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item that does not match your order specifications (wrong size, incorrect engraving).

How to Request a Refund

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion and will be evaluated individually based on the specific circumstances of each case.

Order Cancellations

Due to our prompt production process, order cancellations are generally not possible once an order has been placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@secondnature.inc. Cancellation requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis, and if production has already begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. We currently ship to the United States, Poland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Canada, and Japan. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address.

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in photography, monitor settings, and the handcrafted nature of our products, actual items may vary slightly from what is shown on the website. Minor variations in appearance are not considered defects.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Second Nature Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
